» Fifty For The Future (FFTF)
3rd June 2005
During this time of financial uncertainty, Kilmarnock Football club continues to ensure that they can work to the financial constraints that they have placed upon themselves to ensure the survival of our club.

As well as a reduction of almost £1.5 million in the wage structure, the budget for the club's successful youth policy has also been cut.

We recognise this as a serious blow to the youth of Kilmarnock FC and have decided to endeavour to assist in anyway that we can to bring in revenue to ensure that players like Hay, Naismith, McDonald and Boyd continue to burst through our ranks and become first team regulars.

In conjunction with local business people, the Killie Trust is working on a structured and robust business plan to present to the club to show how committed we are to youth policy.

We urge all fans to support the Killie Trust and its Fifty for the Future campaign and help us to make sure we can retain our great tradition of supplying quality youth players to the first team squad.
